Emerging Generations - Youth Lead (28hours)

We're looking to recruit a new youth lead! We’re looking for someone who has a passion for Jesus and young people. Who loves seeing young people meet Jesus and develop a real and independent relationship with him.

We’re looking for a leader who loves working with, and developing others, and who would thrive in a fun team united behind a common vision; someone who values the parent as much as the child and sees the family as the primary discipleship context; someone who has a heart for those who don’t know Jesus.

We value healthy boundaries, flexible working and time off as much as time on.

We don’t expect the successful candidate to be experienced in every area. We are looking for potential and ultimately want the person God is calling, so please don’t discount yourself from submitting an application. There is potential for negotiation on hours for the right applicant. We are also up for considering and supporting candidates wanting to pursue youth ministry or theological training alongside the post.

Part time, permanent contract (28hrs per week) £19,600-£22,400
